Kentucky Career Development Association (KCDA) colleagues will work through two difficult coaching scenarios together. Two groups will talk about two different cases: one focusing on a student’s needs and another on adult professional needs. 

This event will be facilitated by Amanda G. Schagane, MSEd, CCC, CCSCC, CCTC, Associate Director of Alumni Career Services at the University of Kentucky, and Mandy Connelly, MPA, GCDF, Talent Manager and Talent Development Coordinator for the University of Kentucky Philanthropy.
